Tips for preventing Ticks in your Dog

Ticks can be difficult to detect and even more difficult to permantly get rid of. Here are some tips to keep your dog same from ticks:

1. Be careful where your dog is outside

2. Carefully check your dog after outside play

3. Use a regular flea bath or flea dip

4. See a vet if ticks are found

5. During tick season avoid thick vegetation

6. Use an alcohol swab to remove the tick along with tweezers
