I had a pretty hard night last night. I could not go to sleep at all and stayed up very late. It was warm in my house and I had a very difficult time relaxing. All I could think to do was eat. All that eating night after night has had a negative effect on me and I am considering trying Liporexall or some other similar solution. But first I am going to go ask my doctor what he thinks.
