A very helpful service is the 24 hour nurse phone service. With this service a qualified nurse is available to take calls and answer questions 24 hours a day. If for some reason she does not answer she will call you back. This can be invaluable in determining appropriate action to take in a time of need. If you do not have access to one of these services then get it!
