They are setting off fireworks next door again. I think it is a couple of kids doing so. This is a frequent thing. I have never really been able to figure out who is doing it but I have my suspicions. I thought fireworks were illegal? How are they getting them then? And why in the world are they setting them off? It must be some kids.
