Today I had a call from a woman about a sick dog. The woman had no insurance and no money. As a vet and animal lover I treated the dog anyway. It is no concern to me that occassionaly people are unable to pay. It is far more important that the best friend of this woman be treated. In many cases they find some way to repay me.
